30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee on all token purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with our AI tools and the value they provide, we’ll refund your purchase within 30 days of your original transaction date.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate your refund request:

Include your account email, purchase date, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours and may ask for additional information if needed.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Required Information for Refund Requests

To process your refund request efficiently, please provide the following information:

  • Your registered email address with Inkizo
  • Date of token purchase
  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • Token package purchased (100, 250, 350, or 500 tokens)
  • Number of tokens used (if any)
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

4. Refund Processing Timeline

We are committed to processing refunds as quickly as possible while ensuring proper verification:

  • Initial Response: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
  • Review Process: 2-3 business days for standard requests
  • Complex Cases: Up to 5 business days for detailed investigation
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank

Important Note About Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement. For PayPal payments, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods for security reasons.

5. Partial Token Usage Policy

If you’ve used some tokens before requesting a refund, we calculate the refund amount as follows:

  • Tokens are valued at the per-token rate from your original purchase
  • Used tokens are deducted from the total refund amount
  • Minimum refund threshold is $5.00 for processing efficiency
  • Administrative fees may apply for very small refund amounts

Refund Calculation Example:

Purchase: 250 Token Package for $15.99 ($0.064 per token)
Tokens Used: 50 tokens
Refund Calculation: (250 – 50) × $0.064 = $12.80
Refund Amount: $12.80

6. Non-Refundable Situations

While we strive to be fair and flexible, certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Tokens fully consumed through regular platform usage
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Requests without proper purchase verification
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions (refund policy void)
  • Third-party payment processing fees (non-recoverable)

7. Free Token Policy

The 10 free tokens provided to new users are promotional and not subject to refund policies. However, if technical issues prevent you from using your free tokens, we will work to resolve the problem or provide replacement tokens.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you’re not satisfied with our refund decision, we offer additional recourse:

  • Escalation to senior management for review
  • Mediation through our customer advocacy team
  • Detailed explanation of refund decisions
  • Alternative solutions when full refunds aren’t possible

We may update this refund policy periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Purchases made before policy changes remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
