Who we are
Inkizo is responsible for your personal data on this website.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and tools (Content Studio, Cover Studio, Listing Studio, Ads Studio), what we do with it, and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.
What we collect
- Account data: your username, email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, so we cannot read them.
- Tokens and purchases: your token balance, the history of tokens bought and used, and order details such as date, amount and billing details you give us at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- What you put into the tools: topics, notes, book titles, ASINs, uploaded book content or excerpts, and the results the tools create for you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and security logs.
- Affiliate program data: if you apply, your full name, address, phone number, the channel or site you promote, and your payout details. Visits to affiliate links are counted with a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself.
- Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
How we use it, and why
We only use your data when we have a legal basis to do so.

AI processing
To create your result, the text you submit is sent to AI service providers, such as OpenAI, that process it on our behalf. We send only what is needed for the job. For example, Listing Studio reads your book file in your browser and sends only a short sampled excerpt.
We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell it. Please do not put sensitive personal data, such as health details or other people's private information, into the tools.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers are in countries outside the European Economic Area, for example the United States. When that happens we rely on safeguards the law accepts, such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to log you in, run the shop and keep the site secure, and a cookie that remembers an affiliate link. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account is open, and for a short time after you close it.
- Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in Spain is usually between 4 and 6 years.
- Saved results in Listing Studio and Ads Studio: deleted automatically after the number of days shown in the tool.
- Security logs: only as long as needed to protect the service.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a common format (portability), and withdraw consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email contact@inkizo.com from the address on your account. We answer within one month. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or to the authority in your own country.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and limited access for our team. No system is perfectly safe, so please use a strong, unique password. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
Our service is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in a clear way, for example by email.
