By registering for an account, purchasing tokens, or using any of our AI tools (AI Niche Finder, Book Listing Engine, AI Cover Engine, or Niche Analyzer Engine), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Inkizo provides AI-powered tools designed to assist publishers and writers in creating content for Amazon KDP and other publishing platforms. Our services include:

• AI Niche Finder – Market research and niche discovery tool
• Book Listing Engine – Automated book listing creation
• AI Cover Engine – AI-generated book cover design
• Niche Analyzer Engine – Comprehensive market analysis (Not Available Now – Coming Soon)

3. Token System and Payment

Our services operate on a token-based system where each use of any AI tool consumes one token. Payment terms include:

• New users receive 5 free tokens upon registration
• Additional tokens must be purchased through our secure payment system
• Tokens do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• Prices are subject to change with notice

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

As a user of Inkizo services, you have certain rights and responsibilities:

• You own all content generated using our AI tools
• Generated content is provided without copyright restrictions
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content
• You must not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate our AI technology
• Account sharing is prohibited – each user must maintain their own account

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by our AI tools becomes your property upon creation. However, the underlying AI technology, algorithms, databases, and platform remain the exclusive property of Inkizo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inkizo provides AI-generated content as-is and makes no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of generated content or our services.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, access to unused tokens may be forfeited.

8. Modifications to Terms

Inkizo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Inkizo services will be resolved in the courts of Cantabria, Spain.
